A Healthier Week
Ok, so this week I am going to be a tad bit healthier in what we buy. Not sure if coupons will help with healthy choices:(. My goal is to eat a lot more fruit and veggies and a lot less carbs. Although carbs are good for you...I am going to attempt to get them in the whole wheat form if we eat them. Now, for Andy and Micah, they will probably still get some of the white carbs...because they are boys...and apparently it doesn't matter how much you shove in...you never gain weight! So anyway, here is my menu for the week...in case you are interested in the recipes:) As for the coupons...this week might be a little off. I will keep you posted!
